Project Summary: Full demolition and renovation of the entire interior and exterior of the property, plus we did a full mold remediation of the property from the crawlspace to the attic. Replaced and framed 20 windows around the home, Replaced and framed 8 doors, new tile in both bathrooms, new drywall throughout the property, new sidings, new roof, new custom built large deck 25x25 + a patio roof, french drainage system around the exterior of the property + connected and installed a sump pump do to heavy rain water that was stuck in the crawlspace, installed a vapor barrier and waterproofing, and painted the house Gator Blue with an orange door.
